The Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) is a private company that has been chartered by the U.S. government and is strengthening the flow of funds for domestic mortgages by purchasing mortgages from banks, insurance companies, savings companies, and loans. Often, other creditors offer at the time of sale, in order to protect their interests as judges, double libraries or entitled to guarantees of mechanics. All such persons must be informed of the enforcement action and must have the right to offer at the time of sale in order to protect their rights.
