In the event of a breach of contract or violation of local regulations, the owner may have the possibility to terminate the lease, provided that the owner does so in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State; three(3) days notice of non-payment of rent or any form of harassment or disruption, ten days notice for rental violation(s).
