2015 USRA Bylaws Proposals
Following are the 2015 USRA Bylaws proposals, to be voted on by current 2015 USRA Division 1 & 2 members:
1. No raceway can host the USRA Scale National Championship Event twice within a three year period. If a raceway hosts the Scale National Championship they cannot host another Scale National Championship within a three year period of the year they hosted their last Scale National Championship Event unless there are no other tracks bidding for the Scale National Championship Event.
2. No raceway can host the USRA Wing Car National Championship Event twice within a three year period. If a raceway hosts the Wing Car National Championship they cannot host another Wing Car National Championship within a three year period of the year they hosted their last Wing Car National Championship Event unless there are no other tracks bidding for the Wing Car National Championship Event.

The 2015 USRA Bylaws Proposals online voting ballot is now online, for voting on 2 proposals for changes in the USRA Bylaws.
All current 2015 USRA Division 1 and 2 members will be receiving an email with the invitation to vote which will include a link to the online voting ballot.
You must be a current USRA 2015 Division 1 or 2 member to vote and as a current 2015 USRA member you are invited and encouraged to vote on these proposals that will affect the USRA Bylaws.
Please only vote once. When you submit your vote, you will see a confirmation at the bottom of the voting page. All ballots and votes will be checked against the 2015 USRA active member list for verification of eligibility.
You must fill out your name, email address, and your USRA membership number. In case you do not have your USRA card handy, your membership number is the number preceding your name & email at the top of the email that was sent to all current USRA members.
The 2 bylaws proposals are being published publicly online, but only current USRA members are being sent the direct link to the actual online voting ballot. All ballots will be verified against the membership list.
Voting will be open from today – Tuesday September 15, 2015 and will be closed at midnight on Tuesday September 29, 2015 (end of the day, all time zones). This should allow sufficient time for all members to place their votes.
Results will be verified and tabulated, then published online.
